Location is perfect, closer to all the places that i had in mind to visit and stay around. Room: very comfortable, clean. Maybe a suggestion will be to do an upgrade and have A/C in all rooms. Breakfast was average. Really basic.

The location was excellent for Fisherman's Wharf, Lombard St etc. The room was dated but comfortable. The free breakfast was basic but just what was needed. The staff were run off their feet but super pleasant to deal with.

Great location! Simple and easy to find your way around San Francisco. Strongly recommended that you want a day bus pass $5 to find the hotpots. You will begin your day with waffles and comfort at the hotel...

Breakfast included eggs and bacon, make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit, not just cereal. The room (two twin beds) was small but comfortable, very clean, quiet. Conveniently located to catch buses to anywhere. Perfect for two friends travelling together. Safe neighborhood, too.
